The Grass, Again

Almost a year ago, I blogged about the Brick and Grass Adventure of 2007. Well, after all that hard work our grass decided to get root rot and die. By the end of last summer, half of our back yard was nothing but dirt. Not fun for us or the dogs - especially when it rains.

So, this weekend we bit the bullet and started once again. We rented a tiller, purchased more sod and went to work. I am so thankful to have such a handy husband. I wouldn't even begin to know how to start half of our outdoor projects without him! Since my "little" brother was there to help, I had the boys move the bird bath from the middle of the yard to a flower bed..looks much better, I think!

Our Azaleas are blooming...so pretty!
